You can work with us on a retained basis

You get the benefit of having your own HR Director without the need to carry all the cost of a full time professional.

We can become part of your Management Team and as such are available for you and you only during a specified period of time –that time can be as prescriptive or as flexible as you like and can range from anything from 1 day per month to 1 day per week.

As a retained client you also benefit from being able to contact us outside of the contracted periods for ad-hoc advice and guidance.

You can work with us on a project basis

Some HR activity like coaching and mentoring or internal investigations require delivery over a prolonged but finite period of time, we will agree a total project rate with you at the outset and will invoice you on a monthly basis for the duration of the project.

You can work with us on a totally ad-hoc basis

Basically if you need something doing and we do it for you – you pay us at our daily rate.

If you don’t use us – you have no need to pay anything at all – there is no retainer and no contract.
